Pay Range: $125,000 - $174,836/year (Based on Experience)
Position Overview

We are seeking a licensed Physician Assistant (PA) to provide comprehensive medical care in a long-term care setting. The ideal candidate will be experienced in managing acute and chronic conditions, working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, and delivering high-quality patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and physical examinations
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans
• Prescribe medications and controlled substances (DEA required)
• Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic tests
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams
• Document patient care in compliance with facility standards
• Provide patient education and health counseling
• Participate in emergency and urgent care situations

Requirements

• Active Physician Assistant (PA) license (NY State)
• DEA registration required
• Experience in long-term care preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
• Ability to work independently and in team settings
• EMR documentation experience preferred
• Bilingual (Spanish preferred but not required)
