- Call coverage only -- 1:6 ratio with 30-minute response time
- 8 - 12 patient encounters per shift
- Average of 3 admissions per shift
- Average of 8 phone consultations per shift
- Rounding required on assigned patients
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
- We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
- We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
- Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
- Your specialized recruiter takes care of every detail
