Key Responsibilities

• Focus on joint surgeries, especially Anterior Hips.
• Perform general orthopedic surgeries as needed.
• Quickly build a full patient roster due to high demand and minimal competition.
• Participate as an official orthopedic team member for SEC events, including travel and sideline attendance.

Compensation and Partnership

• Year 2 income potential of $1.2 million, increasing to over $1.4 million by Year 3.
