We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to join our dedicated team at Greendale Park Nursing & Rehab in Greendale, Wisconsin, United States. As a CMA on our NOC shift, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents while ensuring their safety and well-being.

About the Role

As a Certified Medication Aide, you will be responsible for administering medications to our residents in accordance with their individualized care plans. You will work closely with our nursing team to provide high-quality care, respond to emergencies, and maintain accurate records. Responsibilities

• Administer medications to residents as prescribed by physicians and in accordance with established policies and procedures

• Monitor residents' responses to medications and report any adverse reactions to the nursing team

• Assist with vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure, and report any changes to the nursing team

• Provide personal care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and staff members

• Participate in care conferences and contribute to the development of individualized care plans

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of medication administration and resident care
