InMobi is not an ad network. We own the audience data, the publisher supply, the DSP, and the consumer
surfaces — and we take performance risk alongside the partners we work with.
THE OPPORTUNITY
InMobi is building its US strategic partnerships motion — and we're looking for the person to lead it.
This is a VP-level senior individual contributor role for someone who operates at the intersection of technology, media, and programmatic advertising, and who has the credibility to walk into a CRO's office at a major US media company and close a nine-figure partnership.
InMobi's owned and operated portfolio includes Glance — a 250M+ MAU agentic commerce platform growing fast — and 1Weather, a weather destination with 100M+ MAUs. On the operated side, InMobi manages monetization across several OEM on-device properties. Across this portfolio, InMobi has built deep proprietary IP: AI-driven user-level pricing, dynamic caching algorithms, and demand-flow optimization that consistently generates ad yields significantly above open market rates.
The mandate of this role is to take that managed monetization stack — proven at scale on InMobi's own properties — and bring it to top-tier US media outlets. The pipeline is real, leadership is fully committed, and the technology is differentiated. What we need now is the person who can turn this into a franchise.
This is a greenfield role with full senior backing. The playbook is yours to write.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Drive Senior Commercial Relationships
- Own CXO, CRO, and VP-level relationships at top-tier US media companies, consumer brands, and digital publishers
- Lead executive conversations that are consultative and commercially creative — not transactional
- Represent InMobi at senior industry forums including IAB, Cannes Lions, Advertising Week, and publisher-focused events
Identify and Structure Transformative Partnerships
- Map the US market for publishers and media companies where InMobi's managed monetization stack creates a step-change in yield
- Frame partnership constructs that go beyond standard SSP relationships — including programmatic monetization, audience extension, and commerce overlays
- Build tailored deal structures aligned to each partner's business model and revenue architecture
Own the Full Deal Lifecycle
- Lead end-to-end from first outreach through signed agreement: market mapping, executive engagement, opportunity framing, commercial structuring, negotiation, and close
- Manage complex, multi-stakeholder deal processes across publisher business, product, and technology teams
- Work cross-functionally with InMobi's product, data, engineering, and solutions teams to ensure every pitch is technically credible and commercially differentiated
Build the US BD Playbook
- Define target publisher profiles, pitch narratives, commercial frameworks, and deal templates that can scale beyond a single seller
- Feed market intelligence and partner feedback directly into InMobi's product and leadership teams, shaping the US roadmap
- Report directly to the VP of Partnerships and operate as a key voice in InMobi's US commercial strategy

Who you Are:
12–18 years in business development, strategic partnerships, or senior commercial roles within digital media, ad tech, or technology.
A demonstrated track record of closing large, complex, strategic deals with C-suite executives at major US companies — you have moved organizations, not just individuals.
Deep fluency across the digital advertising ecosystem — you understand how brands, publishers, platforms, and agencies think about value, risk, and revenue.
Experience navigating multi-stakeholder deal environments involving legal, finance, product, and
executive teams on both sides of the table
An established network of senior relationships across the US brand, media, and advertising landscape — you already know the people you need to call
You lead with curiosity — you understand a partner's business deeply before you talk about your own
You are as comfortable in a strategic whiteboard session as you are in a commercial negotiation
Sharp commercial instincts — you can build a business case, model an opportunity, and defend a deal structure under scrutiny
Credible and confident in the room with senior executives — you hold your own on business strategy, not just product features.
Entrepreneurial by nature — you are energized by building something new rather than managing
something established.

COMPENSATION & LEVEL
This is a VP-level role. Our compensation philosophy enables us to provide a competitive salary that drives high performance while balancing business needs and pay parity. Compensation is determined based on role, nature of experience, skills, and location.
In addition to cash compensation, InMobians receive equity in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). To encourage a spirit of shared ownership, we believe that our employees should have the ability to own a part of the organization they help build. This role carries a performance bonus tied directly to partnership outcomes — commercial upside aligned with the deals you close.
