Pay Rate: $22.50/hr

Are you a skilled problem-solver who takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly? Do you enjoy leading a team, tackling challenges head-on, and ensuring every guest enjoys a worry-free stay?

We’re currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join our resort team. In this key leadership role, you’ll oversee and perform maintenance tasks that keep our resort facilities in top condition. You’ll ensure that all systems, equipment, and spaces are safe, functional, and welcoming—helping deliver the exceptional guest experience we’re known for.

What You’ll Do:

Supervise daily maintenance operations and support a skilled team of technicians
Perform repairs, preventive maintenance, and equipment servicing across the property
Inspect resort facilities and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Communicate effectively with the Front Desk, Housekeeping, and Management to coordinate maintenance priorities
Maintain organized logs, reports, and compliance documentation
Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests with professionalism and care
Lead by example—maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment
Collaborate with leadership to improve processes and enhance guest satisfaction

What We’re Looking For:

3+ years of maintenance or facilities management experience (resort or timeshare preferred)
Proven ability to lead a team and manage multiple priorities efficiently
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Hands-on, customer-focused attitude with a commitment to quality
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and maintenance management software
Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
