Description
  • Conduct evaluations in both inpatient and outpatient environments and create tailored treatment strategies

Education
  • Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent qualification from an accredited institution
Certifications
  • State licensure as a Physical Therapist
  • CPR certification is preferred
