Responsibilities

Kforce is looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to sit remotely for our client Microsoft. Summary:This role, the Technical Product Manager for Windows on Arm, is part of a small but mighty App Assure program management team in the Microsoft Security Customer Experience organization focused on enabling scale customer adoption of Copilot+ PCs powered by Snapdragon X platform. As a Technical Product Manager for Windows on Arm, you will:

• Engage with field/customers evaluating Copilot+ PCs and creating strategy to address AppCompat blockers
• Work with App Assure Managers to engage directly with a portfolio of the world's largest 3rd party application developers to sell them on the strategic and business value of building apps for Windows on Arm
• Help 3rd party app developers understand how to port their apps to the Arm platform, or build Arm native apps
• Gather developer and customer feedback on Arm adoption blockers and relay insights to Product Management to drive resolution
• Shape our products by providing your unique ISV insights to inform decisions being made by the engineering teams, shaping the future roadmap of Windows on Arm
• Shape our pitch deck, marketing materials, external blogs and digital developer educational assets through your unique ISV insights
• Collaborate with multiple internal teams and strategize towards achieving common goals
• Leverage AI to streamline program operations (e.g., automation, insights, and workflow efficiency) and improve execution at scale
• Engage with silicon and OEM partners to drive customer adoption of Copilot+ PCs powered by Windows on Arm
• Regular portfolio reviews to monitor the progress of ISV engagements and provide directions to the execution team

Skills

• 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years owning partner, ISV, or developer ecosystem engagements
• Demonstrated ability to drive technical conversations with external ISV engineering teams (porting, SDK adoption, platform migration)
• Windows Product Engineering experience or equivalent
• Experience in technical sales with ability to influence executives in strategic decision making
• Proven success developing and executing strategic partnerships
• Experience optimizing business operations using AI (e.g., automation, workflow efficiency, decision support)
• Strong collaboration and influencing skills, advocating for product improvements to unblock ISVs
• Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment, connecting the dots and coordinating activities across a myriad of groups
• Self-starter who can deal with ambiguity, maintain focus, resolve conflict, drive to clarity and provide innovative solutions
• Strong communication and presentation skills; Comfortable presenting to senior leadership

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.


We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
