Together, we're improving health and improving lives.Labcorp has a Quality Assurance Coordinator position at 8211 Scicor Drive, Indianapolis, INThe individual in this role provides support to the local QA department. It is the responsibility of all employees to comply with all applicable regulations e.g. Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) in the performance of their role.Duties and Responsibilities:Provide support for activities including but not limited to internal audits, onboarding activities, general operations and QA facilitated business unit meetings.Maintain control and account of all incoming and outgoing correspondence, reports, raw data and QA files associated with audit activities within the QA department.Provide support to compliance group during audits and client visits; providing materials, as needed.Support the collection of quality metrics to support data trending effortsAssist the department to ensure that required resources are available for the team's use.Ensure Regulatory Compliance and Quality Assurance responsibilities, as indicated in applicable controlled documents, are followedMinimum Education and Experience Required:Associate degree, Experience may be substituted for educationPreferred Qualifications:1 year or related experience as a Quality Assurance Coordinator, Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office packages to include Outlook, Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint and ExcelAdditional Qualifications:Demonstrated ability to organize and communicate effectivelyDemonstrated ability to pay attention to detailStrong interpersonal skills with ability to work well with othersAbility to deliver consistent high quality of workAbility to use computer and departmental toolsBenefits: Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
