Physical Therapist - Acute Care

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist specializing in Acute Care to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide rehabilitation services to patients in a hospital setting, ensuring comprehensive care and support for their recovery journey.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical evaluations.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to enhance patient mobility and functional independence.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation protocols and self-care strategies.
• Document patient care activities and maintain accurate records in compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Experience in an acute care setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Shift Details

This position is for day shifts, working three consecutive 8-hour days from 08:00 to 16:30.
