Client Support Specialist

- Efficiently handle a high volume of incoming calls and emails from clients, utilizing active listening and problem-solving skills to address inquiries.
- Assist clients with foundational account inquiries, including processing address updates, facilitating password resets, and resolving PIN number issues.
- Quickly assess client needs to accurately triage and direct complex inquiries to specialized licensed teams, ensuring a seamless client experience.
- Maintain working knowledge and daily navigation of corporate software systems, including Windows, MS Office, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams.
- Deliver high-touch customer service with a positive, growth-oriented attitude and high emotional intelligence, effectively managing anxious or frustrated callers.
- Demonstrate a willingness to accept ongoing constructive feedback and adjust to evolving procedures in a fast-paced environment.
