HRIS Analyst: Paycom, Data Integrity & BI

Beusa Energy

Beusa Energy is seeking an HRIS Administrator to optimize and manage the Paycom HRIS system. This role supports HR goals by ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with regulations. Essential functions include system administration, user support, data management, and reporting using PowerBI. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of HRIS experience, particularly with Paycom.
