This role offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $100,000 annually, depending on experience and credentials. Work Environment

This position primarily offers a remote work setting, allowing therapists to maintain flexibility while engaging in meaningful therapeutic work. Still, our therapists will convene in our outpatient office when necessary, which provides a comfortable and supportive atmosphere for both clients and practitioners. Regular business hours are complemented by occasional evening shifts, ensuring that we can provide comprehensive coverage to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health needs, leading to the development of tailored treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic services to individuals, groups, and families, utilizing various modalities to effectively address a range of mental health disorders.
• Collaborate closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and other professionals, ensuring an integrated approach to care that promotes holistic health outcomes.
• Provide crisis intervention services, acting swiftly to assist clients in acute distress or emergency situations, demonstrating your expertise and empathy.
• Engage in community outreach initiatives to raise awareness about mental health topics and combat stigma, fostering a more understanding community.

Patient Population / Client Focus

At Refined Reflections, you will work with clients from various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds, enhancing your clinical experience and cultural competence. Our center serves a diverse population, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. This rich variety in client interactions allows therapists to refine their skills and adapt their approaches to meet unique needs.

Qualifications

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A minimum of a master’s degree or a doctorate in social work, mental health counseling, marriage and family therapy, or psychology.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to establish rapport and build therapeutic relationships with a diverse clientele.
• Demonstrated cultural competence and sensitivity in working with clients from various backgrounds, enhancing their comfort and trust in the therapeutic process.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, ensuring systematic documentation and effective case management.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in outpatient mental health settings, particularly in delivering therapy to individuals or groups.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and solution-focused therapy.
• An interest in community outreach or involvement in educational initiatives focused on mental health awareness.
