As a State Farm team member for Pam Johnson - State Farm Agent, you will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products including auto, home and life insurance. Please Note THIS IS AN IN-OFFICE position. Responsibilities Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification. Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options. Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services. Benefits & Compensation 401K Medical Hourly pay plus commission/bonus Paid time off (vacation and personal/sick days) Valuable experience Growth potential/Opportunity for advancement within the agency. Up to $500 per month reimbursement for health insurance 401K (pre-tax and after-tax) with match once with the agency for 12 months. Salary range: $45,000 - $90,000 base plus commission. Requirements Work schedule: MON – FRI 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM with 1 hour lunch. SATURDAYS 9:00 AM to noon rotating with other team members. May work 1-2 Saturdays/month. If a Saturday is worked, then 3 hours off is allowed to be taken during the week. Sales experience (outside sales, inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred. Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred. Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening. Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain). Life and Health license (must be able to obtain). About Our Agency We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, College Planning, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance. Our office is located in Gilbert at the NE Corner of Higley & Ray. Our office is open M-F 8:30am-5:00pm; Sat: 9:00am-noon. I have been a State Farm agent since 2000. I am a proud graduate of the University of Texas at Austin. Hook 'em!. We currently have 5 team members at our agency. We have 75 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
