Location: Mahwah, NJ – Hybrid (4 Days Onsite Mandatory)
Required Pay Scale: $55-$65/hr on W2

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Project Engineer to support manufacturing, automation, process improvement, and capital equipment projects. The ideal candidate will have an engineering background with strong organizational and communication skills and an interest in manufacturing and engineering project execution.
The Project Engineer will work closely with Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Facilities, Supply Chain, Project Management, equipment suppliers, and other cross-functional teams to support projects from planning and implementation through qualification and production release.
Project Details:
Support new manufacturing process, automation, and capital equipment projects.
Coordinate project activities, track action items, and communicate with cross-functional teams.
Assist with equipment installation, commissioning, FAT/SAT, qualification, and validation activities.
Support technical problem-solving and resolution of equipment or manufacturing issues.
Maintain project documentation and engineering records.
Support change control and production-release activities.
Work closely with internal engineering teams and external equipment suppliers.
Spend time both in the office and on the manufacturing floor.
Recent graduates with relevant engineering internship/co-op experience may be considered.
Must Haves
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or related engineering discipline .
2–4 years of engineering experience ; relevant internships/co-ops may be considered.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving ability.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Willingness to work 4 days onsite in Mahwah, NJ .
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a project-driven environment.
Desired Skills
Manufacturing engineering or project engineering experience.
Exposure to manufacturing processes, automation, robotics, or capital equipment .
Experience with FAT/SAT, equipment installation, commissioning, qualification, or validation .
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement .
Experience with Microsoft Project, Excel, or other project management tools .
Medical device or other regulated manufacturing experience.
PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or other project management certification.
Experience working with equipment vendors, suppliers, or engineering contractors.
