This opportunity offers upward mobility into the trades or project management.Benefits: Free uniforms, opportunity for advancement, paid time off, training & development, vision insurance, 401(k) matching, company parties, dental insurance, employee discounts.Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour Retirement plan with company match after 90 days Affordable Health, Dental, Vision plans plus paid time offResponsibilities:Receive, organize, and stock incoming plumbing parts, supplies, and equipmentPull and prepare part orders for field technicians and service vehiclesMaintain accurate inventory counts and assist with regular stock auditsKeep the warehouse clean, organized, and operating safelyLoad and unload deliveries from suppliers and vendorsCoordinate with service and office teams to ensure timely parts availabilityTrack and report low inventory levels to managementRequirements:Prior warehouse, inventory, or supply chain experience preferred but not requiredAbility to lift and move heavy materials (50+ lbs) regularlyStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsReliable, punctual, and a team-oriented attitudeBasic computer skills for inventory tracking and purchase order managementValid driver's licenseExperience in plumbing, HVAC, or trades supply is a plus but not requiredDrug FreeBenjamin Franklin Plumbing of Montrose, CO is a locally trusted plumbing service provider known for punctuality, professionalism, and top-quality workmanship.
