Requirements Minimum of three years of experience in trademark, copyright, advertising, and marketing matters. Experience representing consumer products, retail, technology, media, or advertising clients preferred. Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment. Experience working with marketing, legal, and business stakeholders. Education Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. Certifications Licensed to practice law in the jurisdiction of the office. Skills Strong analytical, drafting, and communication skills. Experience with trademark and copyright counseling. Knowledge of advertising and marketing law compliance. Experience with brand licensing and merchandising.
