Bilingual Warehouse Associates / Forklift Operators
Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour
Shift: 2-2-3 Rotating Schedule (8:00 AM – 8:00 PM)
Location: Tomball, TX
Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable, hard-working Warehouse Associate & Forklift Operator to join our team immediately! In this role, you will be responsible for moving materials, operating forklift equipment, and keeping our warehouse operations running smoothly.
This position operates on a 2-2-3 rotating schedule (work 2 days, off 2 days, work 3 days).
Must be fluent in Spanish.
Key Responsibilities
Safe and efficient operation of sit-down and/or stand-up forklifts to move, unload, and stack materials.
Load and unload incoming and outgoing freight safely.
Perform inventory checks, organize stock, and maintain accurate records.
Assist with general warehouse tasks including staging, packing, and sorting orders.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
Adhere to all safety protocols and company regulations.

En este puesto, será responsable de mover materiales, operar montacargas y ayudar a mantener las operaciones del almacén funcionando de manera eficiente.
Este puesto trabaja bajo un horario rotativo 2-2-3 (trabaja 2 días, descansa 2 días, trabaja 3 días).
Debe hablar español con fluidez.
Responsabilidades Principales
- Operar de manera segura y eficiente montacargas de sentado (sit-down) y/o parado (stand-up) para mover, descargar y acomodar materiales.
- Cargar y descargar mercancía entrante y saliente de forma segura.
- Realizar conteos de inventario, organizar productos y mantener registros precisos.
- Apoyar en las actividades generales del almacén, incluyendo preparación de pedidos, empaque y clasificación de productos.
- Mantener el área de trabajo limpia, organizada y segura en todo momento.
- Cumplir con todas las normas de seguridad y los procedimientos establecidos por la empresa.
