Bilingual HR Generalist — Safety & Compliance
GHT
GHT is seeking an HR Generalist to partner with employees and managers across a 400+ workforce. The role covers recruiting, onboarding, benefits, leave administration, compliance, and safety within defined authority. You will support payroll changes, safety programs, and policy updates while escalating complex issues to HR leadership. You will coordinate HR processes, safety training, and worker's compensation, ensuring timely, accurate recordkeeping and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced #J-18808-Ljbffr GHT
