Finance Administrator - Part Time

Job Overview We are seeking a highly organised and detail‑oriented individual to join our team as Finance Administrator for this busy care home. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our home, ensuring administrative tasks are handled effectively to support the delivery of high‑quality care to our residents. Key Responsibilities Oversee the day‑to‑day administrative functions within the care home. Handle incoming inquiries and correspondence with residents, families, and external parties. Manage billing and invoicing processes. Monitor and reconcile resident financial accounts. Assist in budget preparation and financial reporting. Serve as a point of contact between residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders. Qualifications and Experience Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a healthcare or care home setting. Strong organisational and multitasking skills. Ability to communicate effectively with staff, service users, and their families. Confidence in using Microsoft Office. Experience with basic finance administration and financial systems is an advantage.
