Join our team as a Flu Vaccination Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) and help protect communities during the upcoming flu season. In this role, you will administer influenza vaccinations, educate patients on vaccine benefits and potential side effects, and ensure safe, efficient vaccine delivery in accordance with clinical guidelines. Position Details

• Position: Flu Vaccination Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN/LPN)
• Contract Length: 13 Weeks
• Schedule: 5 Days Per Week
• Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Job Type: Full-Time Contract
• Start Date: September 2026

Responsibilities

• Administer influenza vaccinations to patients in accordance with established protocols.
• Assess patients for vaccine eligibility and potential contraindications.
• Educate patients regarding vaccine benefits, risks, and post-vaccination care.
• Monitor patients for adverse reactions and provide appropriate interventions when necessary.
• Maintain accurate vaccination records and documentation.
• Adhere to infection prevention and vaccine handling standards.
• Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and facility guidelines.
• Deliver exceptional patient care while supporting a positive vaccination experience.

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Vocational/Practical (LVN/LPN) license in the applicable state.
• Current BLS certification required.
• 1year acute care experience as an LVN/LPN required.
• Previous immunization, occupational health, public health, or clinic experience preferred.
• Strong communication and patient education skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience administering vaccines required.
