Position Details As part of the Clinical Administration team, you will report to the Senior Staff Associate. You will be supporting a team of clinicians providing administrative functions. Additionally, you will promote communication between clinicians and their patients and families. This is an non‑exempt, full‑time, fully on‑site position located in our San Mateo office. The in‑office requirement and schedule are subject to change based on the needs of the program and the organization. You Will Provide a high-quality patient experience for families receiving care at Child Mind Institute. Manage clinicians’ calendars ensuring efficiency of clinical time and schedule appointments in the electronic medical records (EMR) system. Facilitate the flow of phone and email communication between clinicians and patients. Collect initial patient information, support intake workflows, and coordinate services. Check in patient appointments and support daily billing and practice workflows through the EMR system. Maintain accurate and updated patient records. Follow HIPAA guidelines and strictly protect personal health information. Provide support coverage for additional team members as needed. Collaborate across teams to support patient care. Support day‑to‑day administrative and operational functions across the clinical practice. Assist with additional responsibilities and projects as needed to support practice operations and patient care. You Have 2+ years of administrative or office experience required. High school diploma or GED required. Factors such as candidate's work experience, education/training, job‑related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations affect the salary offered within this range. In addition, this salary may be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state and depending on the role), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
