Overview
Registered Nurse – Operating Room (OR) travel assignment in Lodi, CA. Start date 08/03/2026 for a 8-week assignment. Weekly pay range: $2,297–$2,496. Guaranteed hours: 40 hours per week. Shift: Days, 8-hour shifts (5x8). Setting: hospital OR with intraoperative patient care. This travel temporary assignment is managed by Healthforce Healthcare LLC.

Responsibilities
- Deliver direct perioperative nursing care to patients in the operating room according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Monitor patient status intraoperatively, document findings, and communicate changes to the surgical team.
- Administer medications and manage equipment required for surgical procedures while maintaining a sterile field and safety precautions.
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and other OR staff to coordinate care and ensure patient safety.
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff and coordinate care with other disciplines as needed.
- Assist with OR support functions and related services as part of a comprehensive surgical services team, while adhering to department policies.

Requirements
- Current California RN license
- Operating Room (OR) nursing experience or perioperative nursing background
- Education: Associate or Bachelor degree in Nursing
- Ability to work in a hospital OR setting and provide intraoperative patient care
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills
- Availability for Days shift, 40 hours per week
