Position Overview: The Cynwyd Club is seeking enthusiastic, service-oriented people to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a genuine passion for hospitality. You'll represent the warmth and professionalism our members expect, ensuring each visit is exceptional.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and serve members in a timely, friendly, and professional manner
• Take food and beverage orders accurately; deliver items promptly
• Precise use of POS system
• Assist with event setups, private dining, and member functions
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
• Communicate effectively with management, kitchen and floorstaff to ensure seamless service
• Uphold club dining standards and member service expectations

Qualifications:

• Previous bartending experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self starter who keeps their hands from being idle
• Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure
• Knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service a plus
• Must be able to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and the occasional holidays
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods of time. Capability to walk, reach, bend and lift 50 lbs. during each shift.
• Ability to follow recipe and ensure consistency in all drinks served
• Adherence to uniform policy, including maintaining a neat and polished appearance.
• Adherence to club policies and respect for club resources
• RAMP certification required to be completed within 2 weeks of hire if not already certified.

Compensation: Hourly ($14.00) plus tips
