Talent Acquisition Advisor

Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies for key positions. Manage the full recruitment cycle: needs assessment, job posting, sourcing, interviews, negotiation, and onboarding. Conduct market research and advise managers on market trends and hiring practices. Leverage technology tools and platforms to optimize sourcing and enhance the candidate experience. Design and execute candidate generation strategies while building a strong talent pipeline. Participate in strategic projects related to talent acquisition (e.g., employer branding, process improvement). Ensure an exceptional candidate experience and promote the company’s image.
