You’ve earned your CDL. Now it’s time to gain the experience that turns it into a long-term career. We are seeking CDL school graduates to join our expanding Eastern fleet operating out of Reading, PA. Our paid training program is designed for new drivers who want to learn from experienced mentors, build confidence on the road, and begin earning without delay.

• $1,600–$1,800+ weekly
• Paid every Friday

Key job details:

• Predictable regional routes serving Pennsylvania and surrounding states
• Approximately 3,000 miles per week
• No-touch dry van freight
• Most loads are drop-and-hook
• Brand-new automatic trucks, fully loaded and assigned to each driver
• No slip seating
• 24/7 support from dispatch
• Home time options: weekly or every other week

Training program:

• Drivers who have completed at least 120 hours of CDL school instruction may qualify for the paid training program
• Work with a mentor, focus on safety, and gain the on-road experience needed to progress with confidence

Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 120 hours of CDL school instruction
• Satisfactory driving record
• Must meet DOT and hiring requirements
• Available to start as soon as possible
