Computer Repair TechnicianThe Computer Repair Technician will complete small business network installations, desktop configurations, installations and upgrades of personal and business computer hardware and software, perform inventories and preventative maintenance, provide network troubleshooting support, and software and operating system support on Mac and all versions of Windows. We are looking for IT support technicians with a strong field service background and customer service skills, solid technical skills, good communication skills and the desire to be a part of growing an exciting team!ResponsibilitiesOnsite computer solutions for Windows-based PCs and Apple computersNetwork installation and maintenance (wired, wireless, LAN, WAN)Data recovery and loss preventionVirus protection and Spyware/Adware removalComputer security enhancementPC Hardware and software fault isolation and repairSystem repair and upgradesSoftware upgrade and installationWorking with non-technical customers and setting them at easeQualifications2-5 years of experience with Windows-based PCs (Win7, Win8, Win10, Win11), Mac, and networkingStrong knowledge of PC troubleshooting and repair, both hardware and software/OSKnowledge of network troubleshooting, wiring, PC troubleshooting (ex.
