Director FP&A - Hospitality

Responsibilities Kforce has a client that is seeking a Director of FP&A - Hospitality in NYC. Duties: The Director of Finance will prepare the Annual Operating Plan, forecasts, profitability models, and report upon variances Assist with formalizing budgets, and forecasts across multiple lines of business Assist with developing "decision support" strategic plans for both the Regional and Corporate Executive teams As a Director of Finance, you will build financial models to support forecasted revenue analysis Prepare KPI metrics: conduct business, trend, and competitive market analysis Assist the CFO with process improvement projects, (AI, Robotic Process Automation, etc.) Requirements MBA, CPA, or CMA are strongly preferred 10+ years of FP&A experience with multiple locations Financial Modeling, Advanced Excel, and NetSuite software skills The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
