The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) will provide essential support in a long-term care setting, assisting patients with daily activities and ensuring their well-being. This role involves close collaboration with healthcare professionals to deliver compassionate and effective patient care.
3pm-11pm
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including hygiene and mobility assistance
- Monitor and record vital signs
- Assist with basic medical procedures as instructed
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Implement infection control practices
- Ensure patient safety and monitor for any concerns
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Collaborate with team members to support patient care goals
Preferred Qualifications
- Completion of a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) training program
- Entry-level experience in patient care
