Growth-Driven Brand Manager, FMCG Retail (Belgium)

Als Brand Manager leid je de lokale uitvoering van een toonaangevend consumentengebruikmerk in België. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het behalen van business-, communicatie- en marketingdoelstellingen in samenwerking met het klant- en kanaalontwikkelingsteam. Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden: Identificeren en ontwikkelen van nieuwe groeikansen binnen de Belgische markt, via bestaande kanalen en door het aanboren van nieuwe categorieën of klantsegmenten. Samenwerken met sales- en categorieontwikkelingsteams om zakelijke kansen te prioriteren. Vertalen van strategische merkambities naar concrete business development-initiatieven in samenwerking met sales, category management en het expert marketingteam. Ontwikkelen en implementeren van een volledig ondersteuningsplan (above- en below-the-line), en monitoren van de resultaten. Coördineren met lokale en internationale teams en externe bureaus voor media- en merkactivatie, om een effectieve uitvoering van marketing- en commerciële plannen te waarborgen. Analyseren van KPI’s, monitoren van merkprestaties en doorvoeren van corrigerende acties waar nodig. Uitvoeren van marktanalyses (Nielsen/GfK) om inzichten te verschaffen en rapporteren over consumententrends. Beheren van het marketingbudget en verantwoordelijkheid dragen voor de merk P&L Minimaal 8 jaar ervaring in B2C FMCG-marketing , met focus op commercieel merkmanagement, media- en communicatie-executie en merk P&L-verantwoordelijkheid. Specifieke ervaring in RETAIL . Idealiter ook in food maar dit kunnen we laten vallen. Masterdiploma , bij voorkeur in een relevant vakgebied. Uitstekende analytische vaardigheden om zakelijke kansen te identificeren, prioriteren en communiceren op basis van consumenten- en marktinzichten. Proactief, besluitvaardig en overtuigend, met passie voor het ontdekken van nieuwe kansen. Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en vermogen om assertiviteit te combineren met actief luisteren. Vaardig in samenwerking binnen een multidisciplinaire matrixorganisatie. Talenkennis: vloeiend Nederlands en Engels ; kennis van Frans (schriftelijk en mondeling) is een pluspunt. #J-18808-Ljbffr
