Most of all we are a fun team of people who enjoy working with each other while serving a great group of customers. WHAT YOUR DAY ENTAILS:As our Customer Service Associate, you'll handle incoming calls, schedule HVAC and plumbing service requests, and maintain accurate customer records in our CRM system. Your role includes outbound calls for maintenance appointments, managing leads, collecting payments, and light bookkeeping.
