- Private multi-specialty surgical group
- Robotic and advanced laparoscopic surgery using DaVinci technology
- Opportunity to build and grow a colorectal surgery practice
- Established referral network with strong volume potential
- High degree of clinical autonomy
- Physician-led surgical group serving the San Gabriel Valley and Inland Empire
- Current team includes 2 General Surgeons, 1 Colorectal Surgeon, and 1 Physician Assistant
- Affiliated with Prime Healthcare and Emanate Health facilities
- Perform colon and rectal surgery procedures
- Perform general surgery and minimally invasive procedures
- Utilize robotic-assisted and advanced laparoscopic techniques
- Manage outpatient clinic visits and surgical follow-up care
- Participate in hospital and ER call coverage
- Full-Time
- Clinic hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
- Flexible clinic and OR scheduling
- 1:3 group and ER call rotation, negotiable
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Colon & Rectal Surgery
- Comfortable performing robotic and laparoscopic procedures
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-specialty, physician-led group
- Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
- Year 1 income guarantee: $350,000 plus productivity bonus
- Year 2+ productivity-based compensation model
