Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into an opportunity to support students’ growth and independence as a dedicated Occupational Therapist. This contract assignment, conveniently located near Winchester, NH, calls for a passionate professional to provide district-wide OT services for grades K-12. You’ll work across multiple school environments, collaborating with staff and families to ensure children receive the support they need throughout the extended school year (ESY) and the upcoming academic year.

Key Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

  • Current, valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license in New Hampshire (or eligible to obtain)
  • Prior experience providing OT services in a school setting, ideally across multiple grade levels
  • Comfortable collaborating with diverse teams, including teachers, counselors, and administrators
  • Strong communication skills to connect with students, educators, and caregivers
  • Ability to travel between locations within the district as required

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality, individualized therapy for students K-12, addressing their physical, sensory, and motor skills needs
  • Assess students and develop tailored intervention plans with measurable goals
  • Work with teachers and staff to adapt classroom activities for accessibility and participation
  • Maintain documentation that meets district and state requirements
  • Provide input during IEP meetings and collaborate on strategies for student success
  • Support multiple sites within the district; specific assignments and locations to be determined
