Primary Responsibilities Radiation Therapist I Provide radiation oncology treatments and high-quality patient care. Act as an essential member of the Cancer Service Team. Demonstrate the ability to operate all treatment and simulation equipment Radiation Therapist II Includes all duties of Radiation Therapist I Required Qualifications High School diploma or GED Graduated from accredited Radiation Therapy Program Registered by the American Registry of Radiological Technologists (ARRT) Licensed by the Department of Health as Medical Radiological Technologist (MRT) Basic Life Support certification through American Heart Association Clinical judgement and knowledge of radiation therapy, practices and safety – ASCP eligible Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook email Commitment to maintain and complete continuing education in applicable areas Preferred Qualifications For Radiation Therapist II: 3+ years of experience as a Radiation Therapist Compensation and Benefits Pay is based on several factors including local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. The hourly pay for this role will range from $35.00 to $62.50 per hour based on full-time employment.
