Marketing Operations Coordinator Full Time Warfordsburg, PA, US Position Summary To support the execution and continuous improvement of Mellott's marketing initiatives by supporting sales and business development efforts, measuring campaign performance, maintaining marketing systems, coordinating marketing projects, and developing marketing content. This position works closely with the Marketing Manager to execute marketing strategies, analyze results, and identify opportunities that strengthen the company's brand, generate leads, and support long-term business growth. Develop and maintain marketing reports and KPI dashboards. Monitor marketing performance using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, CRM reporting, and other marketing tools. Analyze website traffic, lead generation, campaign performance, and customer engagement. Assist in evaluating marketing and sales performance to identify trends and opportunities. Sales & Market Research Support Assist in processing leads into the CRM/ERP system. Support equipment population research and database maintenance, including functional objects and serial objects Marketing Operations Coordinate publications, industry advertising, and other third-party marketing opportunities. Coordinate purchase requests and marketing-related supplier invoices with Accounts Payable. Create, update, print, and distribute promotional literature, product information, and branded giveaway items. Maintain Marketing Schedule and assist with reporting Maintain organized marketing files, digital assets, and project documentation. Digital Marketing & Communications Create, update, and maintain website content. Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling social media content for Mellott and partner company brands. Assist in developing and executing email marketing campaigns and customer communications. Support blog development and content marketing initiatives. Assist in maintaining search engine optimization (SEO) best practices across company websites. Gather and organize photography, video, and other marketing assets for use in digital and print marketing. Assist with eCommerce marketing initiatives and online product content. Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or a related field preferred. Two (2) years of experience in marketing, communications, business, or a related field preferred; equivalent combinations of education and relevant experience will also be considered. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with an interest in using data to support marketing decisions. Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing ideas and solutions. Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Naturally curious with the willingness to learn new marketing technologies, tools, and industry best practices. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, WordPress, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, Mailchimp, or similar marketing platforms is preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
