Holiday Customer Service Representative – Now Training

$20/hour, paid training, no experience required. Full-time, on-site in Knoxville, TN.

Our next training class is forming now. A well-known retail company is bringing on Holiday Customer Service Representatives to help online shoppers through the busiest season of the year, and new hires are being trained and ready to go before the holiday rush hits.

The season at a glance

From now through early January 2027, you’ll be part of the team that keeps holiday shopping on track for a family of fashion and lifestyle brands. Customers will contact you by phone, live chat, email, and text when they need help with an order. Maybe a gift is running late, a sweater needs to go back for a different size, or a promo code didn’t apply at checkout. You’ll track down the details, make it right, and help people get back to enjoying the season.

It’s fast-paced, especially as Christmas gets closer, but you won’t be thrown in unprepared. Every new hire goes through paid, hands-on training and has coaches and team leads to back them up all season.

How it works

Step 3: Train. Join a paid training class at the company’s Knoxville office and learn the systems, brands, and policies.
Step 4: Start helping customers. Put your new skills to work through the holidays at full-time hours.

You’ll be a great fit if you

• Like helping people and stay patient when things get hectic
• Can communicate clearly in conversation and in writing
• Feel comfortable on a computer and pick up new programs quickly (Google Workspace experience is a bonus)
• Have a high school diploma or GED
• Can sit for long periods and lift up to 15 pounds
• Are open to working evenings and weekends throughout the season, with schedules that adjust as customer volume changes

Experience in retail, restaurants, hospitality, or a call center will help, but plenty of great hires start with none.

What you’ll do once you’re trained

• Answer questions about orders, shipping, returns, exchanges, and billing
• Respond to customers by phone, live chat, email, and text
• Resolve issues on the first contact whenever possible
• Navigate multiple systems at once to find answers
• Keep accurate notes on every conversation
• Bring tougher situations to teammates and leads when needed

Good to know before you apply

This position is fully on-site at the Knoxville office, including training. Remote and hybrid work aren’t available, so you’ll need reliable transportation for every shift. The role is expected to last through early January 2027, though it may end earlier or extend depending on business needs.
