Team Overview:

Networks, Alliances, and High Net Worth (HNW) Solutions, a team in the Wealth Management - Products area, is responsible for the development and execution of the firm's Networks and Alliances strategy, roadmap and standards as well as the HNW Solutions strategy and roadmap. We build, grow and nurture the networks and alliances ecosystem needed to deliver a comprehensive wealth management offering to meet multiple client segments' complex needs through both our HNW and branch channels. Our solutions in focus span many domains, including tax and estate services, business exit solutions, farmer/rancher solutions, real estate, other specialty HNW solutions, and more. As part of this team, you will have an opportunity to shape Edward Jones' Networks and Alliances and HNW strategy, cultivate industry relationships, and collaborate with matrixed teams to deliver against our products and services roadmap.

The Networks, Alliances, and HNW Solutions Leader is responsible for leading, developing, and inspiring a team of product managers who own the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of the firm's networks and alliances solutions. This role combines strong product leadership with a deep commitment to development.

Responsibilities include:

• Work closely with the Networks, Alliances, and HNW Solutions Sr. Product Leader and/or General Partner and lead a team of associates to develop and execute the roadmap and strategy to ensure Edward Jones has necessary products and services available to meet multiple client segments' needs.

• Lead and influence cross-functional teams across Business Segments, Ventures, Products and other areas to design, develop, operationalize and manage innovative networks and alliances and HNW solutions. Determine the data, insights and analysis needed to inform product strategy and development.

• Responsible for the orchestration of the product line, which includes ensuring roadmaps for training, positioning, marketing, product lifecycle, etc. are in line with strategic objectives

• Responsible for referral network member, product or service partner, strategic alliance and/or matrixed team relationships of significant size, complexity, number and impact, and be responsible for a team who leads these types of relationships, in order to:

• Manage and maintain their portfolio of solutions including making recommendations to firm governance committees to add/remove/change products, services or vendors as needed.

• Identify gaps and opportunities in products and services. Shape and drive execution of business plans that align with the strategic direction of the firm.

• Collaborate with key stakeholders in the division such as Advice and Guidance, Financial Planning to ensure that advice and planning are tailored to client segment needs.

• Influence the design and development of integrated platforms, systems, tools and processes that create a better client and branch team experience

• Resolve complex/broad product and service partner or referral member issues as escalated. Determine root cause and apply systems thinking to prevent future occurrences.

• Regularly interface with both internal and external product and service partner peer contacts (e.g. relationship managers, WMAS, Branch Teams, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Operations, Digital).

• Ensure that products and services literature and enablement resources are effective, aligned with key firm messages and compliant. Assist in the design of efficient and effective ongoing processes and controls.

• Assist in the coordination and alignment of the partner and/or referral member relationship management activities described above across all HNW APPS product and service partners.

• Serve as a subject matter expert for the assigned networks, alliances, and HNW solutions for the firm.? Includes advanced knowledge of multiple products and services, features, benefits, pricing, etc.

• Develop and recommend risk mitigation strategies to ensure continuity and effectiveness of the product line while minimizing risk to clients and the firm.

• Leads significant additional responsibilities specific to the team or area (Eg. recruiting, training, product partner coordination, wholesaler effectiveness)

• Lead broad division, firm or industry initiatives and events as needed to represent the product or service line alignment with firm strategy

• Attract, develop and lead a team of high performing associates. Assist in their ongoing growth and personal and professional development.

What Experience You Need:

• Bachelor's degree required with quantitative discipline preferred (e.g. business, finance, economics, accounting, etc.).

• 12+ years of relevant financial services experience

• Series 7, 66 required within 12 months of hire.

• Product management, product strategy/development, and or consulting experience strongly preferred

• Strong cross-functional leadership and ability to influence without authority to deliver shared goals

• Possess strong leadership skills with the ability to provide direction, create a strong team environment and cultivate talent.

What Could Set You Apart:

• Broad and some advanced knowledge of HNW products and services and practice models

• Progress toward advanced degree or relevant industry designation(s) preferred (e.g., MBA, CFP, CFA, ?ChFC,)

• Advanced proficiency with systems and tools including MS Office, Tableau and databases

Candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office four days per week effective June 1, 2026. Before June 1, 2026, candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office three days per week, with preference for Tuesday through Thursday.
