Warehouse ManagerWe are seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Albany, NY warehouse. This is a critical role responsible for maintaining efficient warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory, coordinating daily workflow, and supporting the overall needs of the business.The ideal candidate is an organized, hands-on leader who can effectively manage warehouse activities while also being comfortable working alongside the warehouse team.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily warehouse operations and prioritize workflow to meet business needsManage inventory levels, inventory tracking, and cycle countsCoordinate receiving, shipping, loading, and unloading of deliveriesEnsure accurate inventory records and documentationOperate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficientlyPerform and oversee material handling and heavy lifting as neededUtilize computers and warehouse management systems for inventory tracking, data entry, and other administrative tasksMaintain an organized, clean, and productive warehouse environmentEnsure compliance with company safety and housekeeping standardsCoordinate and communicate daily warehouse activities with other departmentsIdentify and address inventory or operational issues in a timely mannerProvide hands-on leadership and support to warehouse personnelPerform other duties as required to support warehouse operationsQualificationsPrevious warehouse, distribution, or inventory management experience preferredLeadership or supervisory experience strongly preferredForklift experience and the ability to operate warehouse equipment safelyStrong organizational and time-management skillsComputer proficiency and the ability to learn warehouse management/inventory systemsStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentAbility to perform physical labor, including heavy lifting and material handlingStrong communication and problem-solving skillsCommitment to maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient work environmentWhat We OfferCompetitive salary of $50,000–$55,000, based on experience and qualificationsConsistent Monday–Friday scheduleDaytime hours: 7:30 AM–4:00 PMOpportunity to take a leadership role in an important part of our daily operationsIf you are an experienced warehouse professional with strong organizational and leadership skills and are looking for an opportunity to take ownership of warehouse operations, we would like to hear from you.
