Licensed Insurance Agent

To support a growing insurance brokerage, the fully remote Nevada Licensed Life Insurance Agent will guide clients, primarily seniors, in securing affordable final expense life insurance coverage through compassionate and informed conversations while managing a pipeline of company-provided leads. Key responsibilities Serve as a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate final expense life insurance options and make informed decisions Conduct thorough needs assessments via phone to understand clients' coverage goals, budget, and health profiles Educate clients on policy features and guide them through the application and underwriting process with personalized support Required qualifications Active Life & Health Insurance License (required) 2-3 years of life insurance sales experience; final expense experience is a strong plus Proven ability to build trust through empathetic conversations with senior clients Comfortable working in a phone sales environment with company-provided leads Strong technical skills and familiarity with systems such as Salesforce and Five9 preferred Virtual Vocations Inc
