Senior Full Stack Developer (Java/Angular)

Senior Full Stack Java Developer Hybrid in the following locations: New York, Boston, Jersey, Tampa, Dallas. Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Java Developer to design, develop, and support scalable enterprise applications. This role requires strong expertise in backend development, event‑driven architectures, and cloud‑native technologies, with the ability to contribute across the full stack. You will collaborate with business analysts, infrastructure teams, and fellow engineers to deliver high‑quality solutions while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Serve as a technical expert for critical enterprise applications. Partner with Business Systems Analysts to ensure technical designs meet functional requirements. Collaborate with infrastructure teams to identify, deploy, and optimize hosting environments. Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable applications and services. Create and execute unit tests to ensure compliance with functional and non‑functional requirements. Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues. Research, evaluate, and implement technology solutions aligned with organizational standards. Contribute to application architecture, component design, development, and functional testing. Support development, QA, troubleshooting, and production support activities. Promote and enhance engineering best practices, including CI/CD, continuous integration, and continuous delivery. Integrate risk management and control processes into daily responsibilities, proactively identifying and escalating issues when appropriate. Apply appropriate software development methodologies based on project requirements. Required Qualifications 6+ years of software development experience. Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong backend engineering expertise with Java, Spring Boot, and Kafka. Hands‑on experience with Oracle or other relational databases. Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar platforms. Proven experience building distributed, event‑driven, or cloud‑native applications. Experience developing front‑end applications using Angular. Ability to work across the full technology stack, contributing primarily to backend and messaging‑driven solutions while supporting front‑end development as needed.
