Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Cook to join our back of the house team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in a bar, lounge, or restaurant kitchen environment, a love for cooking, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
• Wash dishes, pots, pans, and utensils to ensure a clean and efficient workspace.
• Ensure food is served promptly and at the correct temperature.
• Assist in inventory management and food ordering.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to create a positive work environment.
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Previous cooking experience in a restaurant or similar environment preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
