Production Worker

Job title: Production Worker
Duration: 60 calendar days
Location: Cedar Rapids, IA
Pay Rate: $20 - $23/hour
Hours: 1st shift M-F 7am - 3pm

What will you do?

Sort manufactured parts based on provided quality standards
Use gauges and operate SPC software
Maintain production records and documentation
Maintain a safe and clean work environment (5S)

What qualifications will make you successful?

Ability to read and understand written materials
Ability to follow work instructions
Ability to clearly communicate with team members
Ability to stand and perform repetitive work for long periods of time
Ability to work safely in manufacturing environment
Previous manufacturing experience preferred
High School Diploma or GED

Must have:

Gauge/Measurement Tools
SPC Software
Manufacturing Processes
Reading Work Instructions
Production Documentation
5S & Workplace Safety
Attention to Detail
