Job Position: Mon-Fri Bilingual Cycle Count Counter

Location: Dallas, TX 75241

Pay Rate: $14.50/hr

Shift: Monday-Friday

Description: Candidate Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (specifically Excel and Outlook).
Experience: 1-2 years in inventory control or warehouse operations.
- Note: Experience requirements may be waived for candidates with technical skills; we are willing to provide detailed training.
Equipment: Previous Forklift certification (Sit-down) is required. Experience with pallet jacks.
Physical Requirements: Ability to stand or walk for long periods, kneel, bend, and stretch. Must be able to lift 50-70 lbs and work in a non-climate-controlled environment.
Language: Bilingual (English and Spanish) is highly preferred.
Full-Time Conversion: Upon completion of 520 hours , the candidate must be eligible for conversion to a permanent, full-time employee.

Core Responsibilities

Research: Perform physical inventory counts and compare against system data to identify discrepancies.
Reconciliation: Research and resolve inventory variances and identify root causes.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate inventory records.

Essential Skills

Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in counting and data entry.
Mathematics: Ability to perform basic math (whole numbers, fractions, and decimals).
Communication: Strong verbal and written skills for reporting.
Problem-Solving: Ability to investigate and resolve complex inventory issues.
