This position plays a critical role in maintaining property standards, ensuring resident satisfaction, and managing maintenance-related budgets and schedules. Oversee daily maintenance operations, including work orders, repairs, and unit make-readies Order and track maintenance parts and supplies, ensuring expenses stay within budget Maintain and service pool equipment (pool certification required ) Schedule and manage vendor services as needed Ensure compliance with federal Fair Housing laws and all applicable local regulations Provide leadership and training for maintenance staff Respond to after-hours maintenance emergencies as part of on-call rotation Qualifications: EPA Universal or Type II HVAC Certification (Required) Strong working knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, and general property maintenance (Required) Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Lead Maintenance Technician or Assistant Lead High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred) Must pass background screening and possess a valid driver’s license Reliable transportation and availability for after-hours/on-call duties required Schedule: Full-Time On-Call Rotation Required Weekend Availability Required 401(k) Retirement Plan Health Insurance Life Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE) Richmark is an Equal Opportunity Employer and participates in E-Verify. #J-18808-Ljbffr
