Job Details

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Manage multiple audit client engagements across various industries
• Oversee audit planning, fieldwork, and financial statement review
• Supervise and mentor interns, staff, and seniors
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Identify opportunities to provide additional value and advisory support
• Ensure audit quality and compliance with GAAP and firm standards

You should have most of the following:

• CPA license required
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• Minimum 5–7 years of recent public accounting experience
• Strong background in Nonprofit and Employee Benefit Plan audits
• Experience in Construction or Private Company audits a plus
• Proven ability to manage audit teams and client engagements
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
