What We’re Offering Potential Annual Salary: $82,000 - $90,000 based on experience, skills, tenure, and geography The ALP Difference Opportunities for Advancement: Clear path from BCBA to Clinical Director. Referral program: Up to $2,500 for Behavior Analyst referrals. CASP Provider Access: 75+ approved CEU courses. No contracts, no non-competes - employment is fully at-will. We don’t require contracts because we value flexibility and trust. What You’ll Be Doing Supervise Behavior Technicians and ensure treatment plans run with fidelity. Conduct FBAs, develop ABA programs, and provide parent education. Adapt with flexibility in challenging situations and seek continuous growth. Communicate proactively and foster collaboration.
