In this role, you will talk with guests and sign them up for Monthly Unlimited Wash Memberships while delivering a fast, friendly, and positive experience. Help guests choose the best wash options and upgrades. Turn guest conversations into sales opportunities. Hit daily and monthly membership goals. Give every guest a fast, friendly BLISS experience. Keep work areas safe, clean, and organized. Load vehicles and support basic car wash operations when needed. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Sales experience preferred (not required). Strong communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to learn and improve through training. Flexible availability based on business needs. WORK ENVIRONMENT: Outdoor work in all weather conditions. Fast-paced and active environment. Some noise, water, and vehicle/cleaning product exposure. Requires standing, walking, and light lifting (up to 50 lbs.)
