Contract | 12-Week Assignment | Days (6:30 AM - 6:30 PM) | Every Other Weekend Required | No Call Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a 14-bed Medical ICU setting with a 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio
• Manage a patient population that includes sepsis, respiratory, cardiac, and trauma cases
• Operate and monitor specialized equipment including IABP (used occasionally)
• Document patient care accurately using the Paragon electronic health record (EHR) system
• Collaborate as part of a team-oriented unit committed to accountability and best practices
• Maintain ACLS and BLS certifications as required for the role

• Active RN license valid in the state of Washington (or compact license eligibility)
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• Minimum of 1 year of ICU nursing experience
• Must reside more than 60 miles from the facility to be eligible for this travel position

• Background in Medical ICU nursing
• TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) certification
• Familiarity with Paragon EHR system
• Experience with IABP monitoring and management

• Work in a teaching hospital located in the scenic Tri-Cities region of southeastern Washington, surrounded by recreational opportunities, golf courses, parks, and Washington Wine Country - with convenient access to Seattle, Portland, and Spokane
• Expected 36 hours per week on a structured day shift schedule, supporting a collaborative ICU team in a facility offering a broad range of specialty services
