Senior Manager, M&A Tax Strategic Global Deals

PwC Boston seeks a Senior Manager in Federal M&A Tax to lead complex financial analyses and guide tax strategy for corporate M&A transactions. You will advise on tax issues, model cash flows, and drive cross-border considerations with senior client interaction.
