We serve as a strategic success growth partner to business owners in the home services industry. Equipping them with financial, operational, and leadership systems they were never taught in trade school.

Why This Role Matters
As a Strategic Mentor, you will serve as a trusted advisor/mentor to growth-minded business owners. You will help them create clarity, solve complex business challenges, implement proven systems, and achieve measurable results.

Responsibilities 
· Mentor business owners and leadership teams
· Facilitate strategic planning and execution
· Inspire business owners to implement systems and processes
· Analyze financial statements, KPIs, and operational performance
· Assist members in improving profitability and revenue growth 
· Drive accountability and results
· Build strong client relationships and retention
· Deliver workshops and training sessions



 

What Success Looks Like
Increase profitability, grow revenue, improve leadership effectiveness, and drive measurable, sustainable growth across clients.
 
Qualifications
• Proven business leadership or management experience
• Strong financial acumen
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to influence and motivate others



 
Preferred Qualifications:
• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or home service experience
• Coaching, advising, consulting, or mentoring experience
• Leadership, entrepreneurial or business ownership experience
